How GPT Image 2.5 Studio collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data

1. Who is responsible for your data

The organisation deciding how and why this website uses personal data is AITOOLVERSE LTD, recorded in the United Kingdom register of companies under number 16623111. Company correspondence can be sent to Suite 13395, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@gptimage25.studio.

This policy applies to gptimage25.studio, its account area, generation workspace, and related support. It does not replace the privacy notices of payment, authentication, AI-processing, or other third-party services you choose to use through the site.

2. Information we handle

We process information in four main groups:

  • Account and contact data: your name, email address, profile image, authentication method, verification status, and messages sent to support.
  • Creative workspace data: prompts, uploaded reference images, selected generation settings, task status, generated images or videos, and generation history associated with your account.
  • Purchase and entitlement data: the plan or credit pack selected, amount, currency, order identifiers, payment status, subscription status, and the credits added or used. Payment providers collect payment credentials on their own checkout pages; we normally receive transaction references and status rather than a complete card number.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device details, session and security events, referral information, pages used, approximate location inferred from network data, cookie choices, and diagnostic logs.

You may choose not to provide optional information, but account, prompt, reference, or payment data may be necessary for the feature you request.

3. Why we use it

We use personal data only when we have a lawful reason:

  • to create and secure your account, run generation tasks, save history, deliver purchases, and answer support requests, because this is necessary to perform our contract with you;
  • to prevent abuse, investigate failures, protect the service, understand aggregate product usage, and improve reliability, where our legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • to meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, and regulatory duties;
  • to send optional marketing or use non-essential analytics technologies where your consent is required. You can withdraw that consent through the available cookie controls or unsubscribe method.

We do not use uploaded references or generated outputs to train our own general-purpose AI model. Third-party model providers process submitted material to complete the generation request under their own service arrangements with us.

4. Who receives information

We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate the product, including:

  • cloud hosting, database, storage, security, and monitoring providers;
  • AI model and generation infrastructure used to process prompts, references, and outputs;
  • payment processors used for checkout, renewals, refunds, and fraud checks;
  • email and authentication providers used for verification and account access;
  • analytics providers enabled for the site, subject to applicable consent controls;
  • professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required or necessary to protect legal rights.

If the business is reorganised, financed, sold, or transferred, relevant data may be disclosed under confidentiality safeguards and transferred as part of that transaction. We do not offer personal data for sale as a standalone product.

5. International processing

Our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or the country where you live. When restricted transfers apply, we use an available legal mechanism such as an adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguards, or a provider's recognised transfer framework. You can ask us for more information about the safeguard relevant to your data.

6. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed to provide recovery, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Purchase and accounting records may be kept for the period required by tax and company law. Security logs and backups are retained on rolling schedules and then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Deleting an account does not always remove information immediately from backups, transaction records, or records we must preserve by law. You can request deletion of eligible data by emailing support.

7. Cookies and local storage

Essential technologies keep you signed in, remember security state, and operate checkout. Optional analytics may measure visits and feature use. Where consent is required, optional technologies are not enabled until you choose them. Browser settings can block cookies, although account and payment functions may then stop working correctly.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a regulator. These rights can have legal exceptions. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the opportunity to address the issue first, so please contact us at support@gptimage25.studio.

9. Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted connections, service-provider safeguards, and operational monitoring appropriate to the nature of the data. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorisation, tell us so we can investigate and remove it where required.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise this policy when the product, providers, or law changes. Material updates will be identified on this page and, when appropriate, communicated in the service. The current version takes effect on 10 September 2026.
